7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veriris LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. However, we make no warranties regarding the performance, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any software or systems.

All services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, you will pay for all work completed to the date of termination. We will provide all completed work and transfer any applicable rights upon full payment.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Washington State.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
